Characteristics of SAE 0W-20 motor oils
SAE 0W-20 oil is the all-season lubricant. It securely protects the power unit from wear-out and overheating.
The number 0 in the marking means that the product is included into the type of the most freeze-resistant lubricants. It can be pumped by the oil pump at -40 °C temperature and higher, and also provides unimpeded turning of the crankshaft at -35 °C.
20 means that the lubricant has the lowest viscosity among products made for use during warm season. Its kinematic viscosity varies within 5.6 – 9.3 mm2/s, and dynamic viscosity is 2.6 mPa⋅s. Such products allow to save fuel and increase engine power, but they are not able to protect it during driving at high speed, that is why they can be used only in the engines they are recommended for.

- Replacement should be performed at a service station.
