What are coated brake discs?
Coated brake discs are highly corrosion resistant. They retain their aesthetic look even after long use and have a longer service life. Special formulations are used for the protective coating, based, for example, on zinc or UV curing paints. Not only the edge and hub of the component are coated, but also its working surface. This eliminates the need for special factory-applied preserving agents, which makes installation easier. In addition, the use of coated parts increases the service life of the brake pads.
